McKenzie County Emergency Manager Karolin Jappe explained to volunteers how the Doppler Radar Stations in Glasgow and Bismarck can only detect atmosoheric activity high in the atmosphere above the MonDak region at a donation event for victims of the tornado that hit in Watford City on July 10.
