The Rough Rider Center in Watford City, ND will be having their 2018 Spring Festival from 10 a.m.-4 p.m., Saturday, May 19. There will be a carnival and prizes, vendor show and a raffle drawing with up to $5,000 cash prizes. Admission will be $5 and that includes ten tickets.
