A celebration service for William “Bill” Smelser of Sidney will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 8 with Pastor Rolf Preus officiating.
Burial will be in Lone Butte Cemetery, Girard Community under the direction of Fulkerson-Stevenson Funeral Home of Sidney.
