The Community Foundation Fund will be giving out over $3,800 in grants to local organizations that support the area. Applicants must be designated by the IRS as 501(c)(3) nonprofit tax exempt groups, or government agencies. Groups without such designation seeking to apply may enlist a fiscal sponsor.
Online Application forms and more information are available online at http://www.NDCF.net/McKenzieCounty. Applications are due by Nov 1st, 2017 via online form. The local advisory committee will discuss the applications and determine grant awards.
The McKenzie County Community Foundation was established in 2010 as a way of answering critical needs of our community and improve the quality of life. It is a component fund managed by the North Dakota Community Foundation (NDCF). Earnings from the fund are given as grants every year to organizations that provide services in our area.
