Children's Exchange Library Opens in Fairview

Sue Duffey, a Fairview resident, opened up a Children's Exchange Library on the corner of 7th Street and South Central Avenue in Fairview. It is open all day throughout the summer for children of all ages. "After learning that Fairview does not have a library, I wanted to start something that would encourage children to read throughout the summer. So I started up the Children's Exchange Library," said Duffey.

Duffey wants to encourage people to also set up a Children's Exchange Library as well. Duffey explained, "I would like to start a movement for more people to set up Exchange Libraries in town." If interested in starting an Exchange Library, call Sue Duffey at (507) 995-6248.
