Mass of the Christian Burial for Cecil Gartner, 93, of Sidney was held at 10 a.m., Monday, April 10 at St. Matthew’s Catholic Church in Sidney with Father Jim O’Neil as presider.
Wake services was at 4 p.m., Sunday, April 9 at St. Matthew’s Catholic Church.
Interment was on Tuesday, April 11 at 1 p.m., CST, in the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery, Mandan, ND under the care of Fulkerson-Stevenson Funeral Home of Sidney.
Visitation was on Sunday, April 9 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the funeral home and one hour before Mass on Monday at the church.

Cecil died early Sunday morning, April 2 at his home surrounded by his family.
