Richland County Crimestoppers Crime of the Week

This week Richland County Crimestopper is a reported theft from a burglary to a garage in the area of the 200 blk of 7th Ave. SE. Upon investigation by the Sidney Police Department it was found that on January 01, 2017 the owner of the residence noticed that the door to a garage that is not attached to the house was open. In checking the garage the owner found that items had been thrown around and cabinets were open. It was also found that the following items were missing from the garage:

2 laser levelers

Black & Decker Circular saw

Skill circular saw

DeWalt compound miter saw

Associated wrenches

Associated screwdrivers

Ratchets

Craftsman shop vac 12 gallons

Reciprocating saw

2-propane tanks

Chain saw

Leaf blower/vacuum

As with any investigation it is possible that a member of the public saw or heard something that may assist investigators with the investigation of this matter. Crimestoppers believes that someone may have information on the person or persons that entered this garage or someone that sold or tried to sale items described in the theft.
