Watford City Area Business Leaders to Host Annual Meeting March 1st

Watford City Area Chamber of Commerce and the Economic Development Corp. to feature local restaurants, breweries and humorist in the new Rough Rider Center.

The Watford City Area Chamber of Commerce and the Watford City Economic Development Corporation are pleased to announce that the annual meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, March 1st, 2017 beginning at 5:00 PM at the new Rough Rider Center, 2209 Wolves Den Pkwy, Watford City, ND 58854.

This year’s event will begin with a social at 5:00 PM on the concourse of the Rough Rider Center where regional breweries will be offering up tastings. Local restaurants have been invited to provide samples of featured appetizers, which will be paired with wine. Attendees will also enjoy a cash bar and musical entertainment while they look around the beautiful new facility.

Following the social, the Annual Meeting of the Chamber of Commerce and the EDC will take place in the Ball Room before featured entertainment, Devin Henderson takes the stage.

Henderson has delivered entertaining keynote messages for over a dozen years for major corporations like Pepsi, Toyota and John Deere, just to name a few. An entrepreneur and father of four, his mantra is “When life’s hard, laugh harder.” He shows people how humor can help them deal with change, stress and failure, helping them become healthier, more productive and better problem solvers.
