Larsen Drug pharmacists Jenna Wahlstrom and Kelsey Linseth will begin holding monthly educational classes for the community beginning January 23 in the Rough Rider Center Ballroom starting at 6:30 pm. The classes will provide information to the public on different health and wellness related topics with Power Point presentations, handouts and question & answer sessions. The cost for admission will be $5.
The first topic for the class will be detox. It will include a general discussion on detox and feature the Clear Change detox kit by Metagenics and other products available at Larsen Drug to aid in detoxification.
"It's an educational opportunity to start a detox program to aid in weight loss, feeling better and combat fatigue," said Wahlstrom. The detox program will also include a Facebook group and an elimination diet to help determine food sensitivities.
