The Sidney Wrestling Club took 22 wrestlers to the AAU Winter Nationals in Omaha, Nebraska under coach Shane Gorder. The team did extremely well and placed 7th out of 172 teams.
This tournament is an AAU National competition and is called the Battle for the Belt. Sidney’s Aden Graves came home a national champion and the winner of the Winter Nationals Belt.
