Support Local Businesses on Shop Small Saturday, Nov. 26th

Support your local businesses on Shop Small Saturday, Nov. 26th, and take advantage of great sales and great shopping. Shop Small Saturday is a national movement that was created by American Express in 2010 to promote local business.

Two of the businesses that are participating in Shop Small Saturday are The Lucky Buckle and High Caliber Sports. The first 20 customers through The Lucky Buckle's doors will get a Shop Small bag with the business's logo on it that will be good for 15% off throughout 2017, anytime it's brought into the store. The Lucky Buckle offers 'fashion with a little bit of attitude and home décor with a lot of style...' and owner Marci Sondeno has been on-board with Shop Small Saturday since it began six years ago. The store is located at 422 N Central Ave. in Sidney, and will be open from 9:00am – 6:00pm on the 26th; regular store hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm, and Saturdays from 9:00am – 5:00pm. Contact the store at 406-433-LUCK, or visit The Lucky Buckle on Facebook.

High Caliber Sports will also be handing out Shop Small bags to their first 20 customers, which will get them $5 off a purchase of $50 or more, good anytime that bag is brought into the store for the next year. As one of the leading outdoor sporting goods stores in the area, they have a large selection of guns, ammo, and accessories, and offer a wide variety of hunting, fishing, shooting, and paintball supplies. This is the third year High Caliber Sports has participated in Shop Small Saturday, and they will be having great specials and sales in all departments both Nov. 25th and 26th. They are open Monday – Saturday from 9:00am – 6:00pm, and on Sunday from 10:00am – 4:00pm, and are located at 440 N Central Ave in Sidney; contact them at 406-433-1800 or visit High Caliber sports on Facebook.

Moreover, when customers use their American Express cards on No. 26th, they'll get double points. Instead of taking business out-of-town or shopping on-line, the promotion reminds consumers to invest in their local community and economy by keeping their dollars local. So, while out and about during the Christmas Around the World Stroll, get a head-start on your holiday shopping at Sidney businesses, and look for Shop Small Saturday signs, flags, and balloons at participating stores.
