Lunnen Real Estate Services, an industrial real estate development and brokerage company, along with their partners have acquired 83 acres adjoining the Dakota Access (Energy Transfer Partner's) crude oil gathering Trenton Terminal West of Williston in Williams County to add to their 1804 Industrial Park. This acquisition will expand the park to over 200 acres of heavy industrial land intended for crude oil storage and ancillary oil companies around the terminal.
Matrix construction is nearing completion of the Trenton Terminal, which is a 30 acre pump station along the Dakota Access Pipeline which will stretch from Williams County North Dakota to Patoka, Illinois and connect the Bakken and Three Fork production to major refining markets, moving 450,000 barrels of oil a day.
Lunnen has acquired and zoned this property to Ml-Heavy Industrial to meet the growing needs of the midstream oil storage and service companies. The site is surrounded by crude oil storage facilities for some of the leading oil companies in the North Dakota; Enbridge, Portal Pipeline, Highland Crude, Kinder Morgan, Plains Pipeline, Roserock Midstream, Statoil and Oneok.
Lunnen has completed the sales of 7.5 acres to Mountrail Williams Electric Cooperative and they have begun construction for a new substation to provide reliable power to the project.
Lunnen has also completed agreements with Roserock Midstream and Statoil providing access from their storage facilities to connect to Dakota Access gathering terminal.
North Dakota has become the second largest oil producing state and Lunnen wants to be the leading company to provide midstream company's faculties' real estate, for lease, sale or build to suit from 10 to 80 acres.
