The inaugural meeting of the Richland County area's Non-Profit Cafe was held October 24 at the Simply Scrumptious Bakery in Sidney. The Non-Profit Cafe is a quarterly meeting of non-profit organizations spearheaded by Elaine Steadman of the Richland County Boys & Girls Club. The Oct. 24 meeting focused on the upcoming "Giving Tuesday" event. Giving Tuesday is a nationwide promotion to focus on philantropy the Tuesday after Thanksgiving.
