There will be a free-will donation spaghetti supper & silent auction benefit for local resident Donna Emly on Saturday, Oct. 22nd. The benefit will be held in the Sidney High School cafeteria from 4:00pm – 8:00pm, and supporters are asked to use the South entrance. Emly was diagnosed with colon cancer in early August of this year; she is currently undergoing chemotherapy and radiation treatments, and will have surgery in Billings, MT once those treatments are complete. There will be additional chemotherapy treatments following her surgery.
A local Fairview cook is donating the spaghetti sauce, and FFA members will be cooking and serving food. All proceeds from the benefit will go towards medical bills and related expenses.
