Sponsors are Wanted for the 2016 Bovine Connection

The 2016 Bovine Connection will be held Tuesday, Nov. 29th, at the Culbertson Saddle Club in Culbertson, MT, and they are looking for supporting sponsors. The Bovine Connection was formed by MSU Extension, NDSU Extension, and industry leaders and focuses on benefitting cattle producers in northeastern Montana and northwestern North Dakota. They provide livestock operators with current information, an opportunity to listen to experts in their field, and a great networking opportunity.

This year’s featured speaker Dave Pratt of Ranch Management Consultants will present “Ranching for Profits Workshop”. Other expert speakers include NDSU Extension Beef Quality Assurance Specialist Lisa Pederson, NDSU Livestock Stewardship Specialist Dr. Gerald Stokka, and Dr. Andrew Roberts with the USDA-ARS Range and Livestock Experiment Station out of Miles City, MT.

A $50 sponsorship includes a ticket to the event, acknowledgement in the promotional package, and the option of setting up a poster or banner for the sponsoring business. Doors will open at 8:00am for set-up and the program begins at 9:00am. To ensure that sponsoring businesses will be included in the Proceedings Packet, sponsorship forms need to be returned by Oct. 18th. Sponsorships will be accepted after this date, however, there will be no guarantee that those will be included in the Proceedings Packet.

To sponsor the 2016 Bovine Connection, or for more information, call 406-433-1206.
