Richland County Fair This Weekend

"Where the Road Ends & the Fun Begins"

The Richland County Fair and Rodeo is fast here, August 3rd – 6th in Sidney, MT. Take in the entertainment and attractions including North Star Amusements' carnival, the Freckle Farm Petting Zoo, Turkey Races, Pippi the Clown, and free-stage acts such as Double Vision: Twin Magic & Comedy, and John Dunnigan in the old Commercial Building. A variety of food and merchant vendors will be available and open class, school, and 4-H exhibits will be on display for public viewing throughout the fair.

On Wednesday, the Ag Building will open at 6:00am to accept Floriculture exhibits and a free family-friendly concert performed by Party Rock Project will start at 7:30 in the arena/grandstands.

Thursday, is Co-Op Day, sponsored by Cenex Harvest States, Horizon Resources, Lower Yellowstone REA, Mid-Rivers Communications, and Richland Federal Credit Union; don't miss out on free root beer floats at the Sponsor Tent at 4pm.

Thursday is also Military Appreciation Night for anyone attending the PRCA Rodeo starting at 7:30.

Friday, is Meadowlark Public House Day. The Friday Night Rodeo will start at 7:30pm and it's Tough Enough to Wear Pink Night, where sponsors donate $3 for every person wearing pink, with all funds going to the Richland County Health Department Cancer Coalition. The Pistol Grip Band will be performing in the Beer Gardens following the rodeo.

Saturday, is Oneok Rockies Midstream Day and they will be serving free watermelon under the Sponsor Tent throughout the day.

Chris Young with special guest Logan Mize are performing at this year's concert, with the main event sponsor being XTO Energy. Dan Hunthausen and the Train Wrecks will be the post-concert entertainment, playing in the Beer Gardens.
