Myka Steinbeisser jumped 10-6 in the Big Sky Pole Vault Competition to win the Championship in the 16-18 age group. The group of vaulters included this year's Class AA and class B state champions.
Aubrey Kessel will be joining the Montana State University track and field team for the upcoming 2016-2017 school year. She will be competing in the Pole Vault for the Bobcats. Aubrey had an outstanding career in the pole vault for the Sidney Eagles, finishing 7th, 4th, 2nd and 1st in her four years at the Montana State Championships.
Aubrey is a 2016 graduate of Sidney High School where she graduated Valdictorian with a 4.00 GPA. She plans on majoring in Bioengineering.
