The Lewis & Clark Trail Museum to open Art and Grace Link exhibit.
The Lewis & Clark Trail Museum, Alexander, N.D., is proud to announce its newest exhibit honoring the life of Art and Grace Link.
“Members of the Link family have put together a wonderful exhibit full of honors bestowed on the Link’s and memories of their family and the Link’s public life. The museum is thrilled to house this collection and have it on display,” board president Barbara Curren said.
Art Link, an Alexander native, was a former North Dakota House member, a former U.S. House member and served as the Governor of North Dakota from 1973 to 1981. After serving in office, Link remained active in political and historical arenas. Art and Grace always considered Alexander home no matter where they lived.
The Link exhibit will be open to the public beginning June 4 during which the museum will host a summer kick-off party.
