Garrison Hughes' jump of 14' 8", got him a 1st place finish on April 22 and a new school record. The previous record was held by Wyatt Hermanson in 2005 (14'3"). Garrison's jump qualifies him for the New Balance Nationals in North Carolina. He needed 14' 7.25" to qualify.
