The Richland County 4-H Jr. Leaders are hosting their annual dinner and dance on April 15, 2016 at the Elks Lodge in Sidney. The Richland County 4-H Jr. Leaders are senior 4-H members from across the county who have dedicated themselves to going above and beyond the club level to develop leadership skills, plan and implement 4-H events, promote the 4-H program and serve as role models for younger 4-H members. This event is a service learning projects for the group of Richland County teens. Every year all proceeds from this dinner and dance go to a community member, family or charity in need. This year all proceeds will go to a local 4-H family who lost everything in a house fire. The event will include a meal served by the Jr. Leaders, a live and silent auction and a dance. Dinner will be served from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and will be a choice of chicken fried chicken or tortellini. Dinner will be followed by the live auction and then the dance. This night promises to be a fun filled night. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased by contacting a Richland County 4-H Jr. Leader or the Richland County Extension Office at 406-433-1206.
