On March 14, 2015 a warrant was issued out of Sidney City Court for Joseph William Smith, for violating terms of suspended sentenced. In June of 2014 Joseph William Smith was sentence on the offense of Partner Family Member Assault.  On April 8, 2015 a Petition for Revocation was filed with the Sidney City Court by the Richland County Attorney's Office for violating conditions placed on him at the time of the sentence in 2014. Crimestoppers would like to remind everyone that it could be a crime to assist or harbor a person wanted on criminal charges.

Joseph William Smith is 35 years of age, Native American, male, 6'02", 275 lbs with brown eyes and brown hair. Records show that Davis was born in California and has lived in Montana and North Dakota. The warrant for his arrest was issued on March 14, 2015 in Sidney City Court with a $1000.00 bond set. This warrant can be served only in the State of Montana.
