Call Your Local Post Office To Make Appointments
To assist those traveling out-of-the-country for business or pleasure, five Eastern Montana Post Offices will host Passport Fairs in March. All Passport Fairs are 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Locations and phone numbers for appointments are as follows:
March 1 -- Forsyth Post Office, 216 N. 10th Ave., 406-356-7761
March 8 -- Glasgow Post Office, 605 2nd Ave. S., 406-228-4342
March 15 -- Sidney Post Office, 101 W. Holly St., 406-482-2107
March 18 -- Culbertson Post Office, 21 3rd St. E., 406-787-5243
March 22 – Plentywood Post Office, 302 N. Main St., 406-765-1710
Applications will be processed by appointment first. Walk-ins are welcome but appointments will take precedence.
U.S Citizens must present a valid passport book when entering or re-entering the United States by air. U.S. citizens entering the United States from Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and Bermuda at land borders and sea ports of entry must present a passport book, passport card or other travel documents approved by the U.S. government.

U.S. citizens may also obtain passport information by phone, in English and Spanish, by calling the National Passport Information Center at 1-877-487-2778. The following items are required in order to process the application: DS-11 (Passport Application) filled out entirely in black ink, Certified birth certificate, Driver’s License (if applicable) and Check or cash for payment.
Children under the age of 16 must have both parents present. Children 16 and 17 must have one parent present.
The Postal Service receives no tax dollars for operating expenses and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations.
