The Richland County Best Beginnings Coalition will be hosting a Hospitality Room at each of the upcoming early childhood development screenings around our county. The Hospitality Room will be located in the waiting area for the screening at each location. Snacks and water will be available for children and parents. The Best Beginnings Coalition will also offer coloring activities and fun treats for kids, as well as bags of resources and pertinent area information for parents of young children. The Best Beginnings Coalition is dedicated to improving early childhood outcomes in Richland County, one of which is school readiness. Attending a free early childhood development screening is an excellent opportunity for parents to learn more about their child’s development and prepare their child for lifelong learning.
