Wanted Person Of The Week

On May 12, 2015 a warrant was issued out of Sidney City Court for Howard Clay Davis for Aggravated DUI 3rd Offense, a Misdemeanor. Davis was originally involved in a motor vehicle accident with a motorcycle around the 100 Block of 9th Ave. NE (Truck Route) and 800 Block of 2nd St. NE on March 14, 2014 and was taken by ambulance from the scene. During the investigation it was determined that he had been operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol level over the limit. It was found that he had prior DUI convictions in the states of Idaho and Washington. A complaint was filed by the Richland County Attorney's Office on May 11, 2015 stating that the Davis committed the offense of Aggravated DUI, third offense by driving or in actual physical control of a motorcycle upon a way of the state open to the public while under the influence of alcohol, with a warrant being issued on May 12, 2015. Crimestoppers would like to remind everyone that it could be a crime to assist or harbor a person wanted on criminal charges.

Howard Clay Davis is 56 years of age. White male, 5'07", 145 lbs with hazel eyes and brown hair. Records show that Davis has lived in Montana, Idaho and Washington. The warrant for his arrest was issued on May 12, 2015 in Sidney City Court with a $5000.00 bond set. This warrant can be served only in the State of Montana.
