At the time of his arrest in November of 2015 in Richland County he gave an address of Huntley, Montana. The subject was scheduled to appear in Richland Justice Court in December of 2015 and failed to appear or keep in contact with the court. The Bench warrant for his arrest was issued on December 3, 2015 in Richland Justice Court with a $1200.00 bond set. This warrant can be served only in the State of Montana
