Joyce Joins USDA Rural Development In Billings

Janelle Gustafson, USDA Rural Development Montana acting state director, has announced that Eric Joyce has joined Rural Development Montana as a loan specialist in the Billings office.

“Eric brings years of diverse financial lending experience to the Community Programs team. We look forward to the great service we know he will provide to our Rural Development customers and partners,” said Gustafson.

The University of Iowa alumni is a new transplant to Montana, relocating from the Midwest. Joyce’s background is in lending, with years of experience in wholesale, retail and government loans to include residential, commercial, consumer and agricultural. He enjoys taking part in economic development, cooperative programs, church groups, grass roots and community activities.

“Working with the USDA Rural Development team is a privilege because it truly allows me to align my personal values and beliefs with my everyday activities,” he said. “I am excited to be a part of the great team in Billings and be involved wherever possible to improve the quality of life in eastern Montana.”
