A Medical Benefit for Lois Kalberer will be held Saturday, September 12th at the Ranger Arena, 601 7th Ave SW in Sidney from 6:00 pm until midnight.
Kalberer suffered a brain aneurism and was flown to Denver, CO to receive emergency medical treatment. She is still in Denver and is doing very well, but still has a long road to recovery ahead of her including extensive rehabilitation. The Kalberer family have always been very involved in the community, particularly with Youth Hockey and Swim Team and the community now has an opportunity to show their support in return.
The evening’s entertainment will be the Dueling Pianos Road Show out of Denver, CO and hors d’oeuvres and a full bar will be available. Games will be held throughout the night with prizes given to the winners and a silent and live auction will be held. Doors will open at 5:30 pm and the entertainment will start at 6:00 pm. Tickets to the event are $100 and can be purchased at John Stockhill Jewelers, 116 S Central Ave in Sidney, Farm Bureau Financial, 302 W Main St in Sidney, The Meadowlark located at 117 S Central Ave in Sidney, and Yellowstone Bank located at 120 2nd ST NW in Sidney. Raffle tickets are also being sold for the chance to take home 1.5 carat diamond earrings, sponsored by John Stockhill Jewelers, a Little Tex Pro Traeger Grill, sponsored by B & B Builders, or a Savage Model 10/110 Predator Hunter with Accu Trigger and Leupold Scope, sponsored by MonDak Sports. Raffle tickets are $25 and available through committee members or can be purchased at John Stockhill Jewelers, Farm Bureau Financial, and Yellowstone Bank. Individuals do not have to be present to win.
In addition, donations can be made to the Lois Kalberer Fund at Yellowstone Bank and anyone interested in donating auction items can drop them off at Farm Bureau Financial.
Proceeds from the ticket sales will cover the event expenses with all remaining proceeds going directly to the Kalberer family. You won’t want to miss this fun-filled evening with its unique entertainment, all for a great cause.
