Rikki Murrill has been hired to serve as Montana Farm Bureau's South/Central Montana Regional Manager. Murrill was raised in the Great Falls/Cascade area where she was involved in 4H and FFA, raising hogs, 4-H steers and starting her own herd of commercial cattle. She graduated from Montana State University in 2013 with a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Education. While in college, she was active in MFBF's Collegiate Young Farmers & Ranchers and is currently an active member of the Yellowstone County Farm Bureau. Murrill brings a great deal of organizational knowledge, industry contacts and a true passion for agriculture to the table. She will be based out of Billings.
Murrill will serve as a liaison between the state organization and Park, Big Horn, Carbon-Stillwater, Fergus, Gallatin, Judith Basin, Meagher, Wheatland-Golden Valley, Sweet Grass, Musselshell and Yellowstone County Farm Bureaus.
"The Farm Bureau encompasses my passion for education, advocacy and the well-being of the agricultural industry," said Rikki. "I'm excited for this opportunity."
