Community Garden Talk

Friday, January 16 at 3:30 pm, Tim Fine, MSU Extension Agent, will be presenting on the Richland County Community Garden.

2014 was the first year for the Richland County Community Garden. While the early growing season was not favorable to the growing of vegetables, by the end of the growing season many participant’s gardens were flourishing. In 2015, the garden spots will be available for a $20 rental fee once again. If you are interested in renting a garden spot for the year, would like to help others who may be, or just curious about the project, feel free to join Tim.
