STAND is a youth group that meets in schools in Richland County. We are there to support youth in making positive and healthy choices, specifically with alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs. We currently have groups meeting at Savage, Brorson, Rau, and Sidney Middle School.
Savage STAND gathered gifts and goodies for Matthew's House, Brorson did some caroling, Sidney Middle School handed out JOY Coupons, sang, and played music at Crestwood, Rau STAND members headed over to The Lodge and shared some Christmas Cheer.
STAND also has room for adults who are interested in helping with the important challenge of impacting youth in our community. The adult STAND group meets the last Tuesday of the month.
We are very proud of our youth STAND groups who so graciously wanted to share some Christmas kindness!
