Sidney High School Drama placed 1st & Speech placed 2nd at the Speech and Drama meet in Miles City. Drama team lead by Christy Pierce. The team was led by Sarah Turek & Camden Berka who finished 1st in Humorous Duo, Kyle Topp & Scottlynn Anglesey finished 1st in Classical Duo, in Serious Duo Taylor Thiessen & Mark LaPan finished 2nd and Laura Elmore & Jaz Hodge finished 6th, Taylor Thiessen finished 4th in Serious Solo, Luke Turek, Ben Brodhead, Kaitlyn Tibbits, Erica Fillman, and Hannah Feliciano all competed in drama. The Speech team, led by the fabulous Gail Staffanson, finished in 2nd place. The team was led by Kennedy Anglesey who finished 1st in Expos, Christian Anglesey finished 1st in HOI, in Extemp Danny Johnson finished 1st & Zach Sommerfeld finished 4th, in Impromptu - Christian Anglesey finished 3rd, Zach Sommerfeld finished 7th & Kasey Gorder finished 8th, in MPA Johren Carpenter finished 3rd & Shelby Reidle finished 4th.The team heads to Glasgow next weekend.
