McKenzie County Healthcare Systems, Inc. and North Dakota Housing Finance Agency (NDHFA) will co-host a ground breaking at 10:30 a.m. CDT on Wednesday, Oct. 15, for a 24-unit Employee Apartment Complex. The event will take place at the project site, 318 10th Ave NE, Watford City, ND.
The project will receive development support from the State of North Dakota that will allow apartment rents to be kept to affordable levels, helping the hospital alleviate staffing and retention issues.
Governor Jack Dalrymple, Watford City Mayor Brent Sanford, McKenzie County Healthcare Systems CEO Dan Kelly and NDHFA Executive Director Jolene Kline will participate in the event.
