Esprit Health Clinic will be opening soon in Sidney, Montana! Located at 309 S Central Avenue (the former Baker Boy), Esprit Health Clinic is a locally owned and operated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Clinic. The primary purpose of Esprit Health Clinic is to provide quality health care to Eastern Montana and Western North Dakota residents aged 3 days old and up.
Michelle Frank, FNP-C stated the driving force behind the project is the desire to improve access to primary care. “Nurse Practitioners are able to help ease the primary provider shortage. I want to provide compassionate, holistic care to my patients, focusing on health promotion and disease prevention. The support of local medical professionals, our community, family and friends has been tremendous! Having a mentor clinic (ANOVA Family Health Center) in Watford City has been instrumental in the start-up process.”
Esprit Health Clinic will provide services within the APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse) scope of practice in the state of Montana including, but not limited to: comprehensive physical exams; same day appointments as available; DOT physicals; sports physicals; pre-employment physicals; well-baby and well-child checks; annual wellness visits with a focus on health promotion and disease prevention; diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic problems; access to larger networks of care including specialists; and potentially immunizations and cosmetic services.
