Court Mother Cabrini #1766 Sidney selected Krista Steinbeisser as the recipient of their 2014 $500.00 Continuing Education Scholarship. A student at Black Hills State University, Spearfish, SD, Krista has chosen a career in occupational therapy. As a high school athlete she had experienced injuries and healing after therapy sessions. Responding to the question of how she lived her faith, Krista wrote that meeting Catholic friends at the Newman Center and learning better techniques for understanding scripture brought her into a closer relationship with God. She relies on her spiritual life to reach her full potential as a student, human and Catholic.
