North Dakota Housing Finance Agency (NDHFA) invites the public to comment on amendments to its Neighborhood Stabilization Program 3 (NSP3) abbreviated plan. The proposed changes will increase the number of eligible neighborhoods in targeted communities and allow for further program activity.
NSP was originally established by the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008. Additional assistance was authorized under Section 1497 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010 and is referred to as NSP3.
The NSP3 amended abbreviated plan will be available on the agency’s website, http://www.ndhfa.org, beginning on Dec. 4. Written comments must be submitted by close of business on Dec. 19 to NDHFA’s Planning and Housing Development Housing Outreach Officer Jennifer Henderson at [email protected] or NDHFA, PO Box 1535, Bismarck, ND, 58502-1535.
