Saturday the Sidney cross country teams went to Miles City. In the varsity girls race, Tess Ler finished with a top 20 finish. She took 16th with a time of 20:49. Also racing was Tessa Hill, 23:31; and Ashley Ray, 28:12.
On the varsity boys side, Christian Anglesey ran a time of 17:48, Zach Sommerfeld ran a time of 18:05 (a new season best time for him), and Skyler Tibbits ran a time of 22:00.
The middle school boys, Jacobe Croff tied his personal season best time of 9:53 and placed 20th in his race.
For the middle school girls, Scottlynn Anglesey ran a time of 12:55 and Sandra Goulette ran a time of 13:49. Both girls ran personal season best times.
Next Saturday, the Sidney cross country teams will travel to Billings for the Eastern “A” Cross Country Classic. This will be a tune-up race for the state meet, which is in Missoula on the 26th.
