Andy Carda of Lambert was the winner of the Sidney FFA 75th Birthday Drawing held during the Richland County Fair. Visitors to the Sidney FFA Chapter’s fair display “75 Years of Sidney FFA” signed up for the drawing. “Lucky”, Andy is presented with a gift certificate by chapter president Emily Schaff. The gift certificate was donated by Cross Petroleum of Sidney for $75 worth of gasoline or oil. The FFA chapter salutes Cross Petroleum, other businesses or individuals who assist this year’s celebration depicting Sidney FFAs 75 Years of youth development, community service and agricultural education. Sidney FFA was founded during the 1938-39 school year and January 27th is the official Birthday! Sidney FFA invites individuals, families, businesses and friends to help celebrate during the coming months.
