The Montana Board of Environmental Review (BER) will hold a regular meeting on Friday, July 26 in Helena in Room 111 of the Metcalf Building (1520 E 6th Ave) starting at 9 a.m. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend.
Agenda items include briefings by the Department of Environmental Quality on nutrient reduction strategies and water quality items facing the BER, bills passed by the 2013 Legislature affecting the BER, and a brief description of rulemakings currently in development by the department. The BER will also hear updates on contested cases before the Board.
