Food Safety Course for Volunteers Available

The Richland County Sanitarian will be holding a one-hour food safety course for those workers serving food for community dinners, bake sales and other charitable events. The course will begin at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, July 23rd at the Sidney Health Center basement classroom. Topics covered will include hand-washing, dish and utensil sanitizing, and safe food temperatures, among other topics. Light refreshments will be served.
