Eagle Country Ford of Sidney has promoted two experienced employees into top positions in the company. Kelly Lambert has assumed the service manager position after being employed by Eagle Country Ford for two years. He has 18 years of automotive experience with 12 of those as service advisor with Archie Cochrane Ford in Billings. He originally came to Sidney as manager for NFB. “I came into Ford looking for a part one day, and I’ve been here ever since,” he said.
Lambert’s main focus as service manager is to take care of your service needs in a friendly down-home atmosphere. “We will take care of you. We will help you any way we can,” he said.
Kelly and his wife Michelle have a son Trenton, 13, and a daughter Kylee, 10. He is on the board of Richland County Baseball and has been an assistant coach and coach for three seasons. In his spare time, Lambert loves to hunt and fish.
Dan Smith has been promoted to parts manager. He has spent the past two years with Eagle Country Ford as a parts man, taking care of the service department as well as customers at the front counter. Smith was employed by Carquest in Sidney for 33 years, managing the business from 1984 until his retirement in 2011.
“I’m looking forward to serving the public,” Smith said of his new position. “Customer service is what we focus on.”
Dan and his wife Pam have three adult children and four grandchildren. He has been active in our community in many ways including serving as a city councilman for the past four years.
Gary Schoepp is happy to have these two gentlemen in their positions. “Both bring a wealth of experience to the dealership and will take care of your transportation needs,” he said.
