The Friends of Education met on April 25th, during which they honored Sidney Schools staff members that were retiring including: (back row L to R) Gary Arnold, Mary Leibach, Rich Munoz, (front row L to R) Bernie Braden, Lynn Donvan and Sherry McMorris. Not pictured are Mike Gear and Wanda Tofte.
The Friends of Education honored API (American Petroleum Institute) for their dedication to supporting local organizations. Jim Fehlauer was present to accept the award during the Friends of Education meeting April 25th. Not present to accept their awards was the City of Regina, Saskatchewan for their hospitality during the Middle School field trip and Myrna Paulson for her time volunteered at West Side Elementary School.
