After months of hard work and uncooperative weather, InstaLodge will be opening phase I of their community in Arnegard. Approximately 200 rooms became available February 8th. The 30,000 square foot lodge, 4000 square foot health club and 24 hr food service with chef prepared meals are expected to open in April along with an additional 200 rooms.
Each building in Phase I has four bedrooms, a large kitchen and combination living/dining room, washer, dryer, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and fully equipped kitchens. The rooms are all private with private bathrooms.
Ruben Carrasquillo, Operations Director, states, "We are a housing community. We understand the focus oil companies have on safety and how much they value their human resources. We are proud that our values closely align with theirs in this respect and in many others like the shared commitment we have to the communities we serve. We are hospitality professionals and we understand this business very well. Our goal is to partner with all companies involved in exploration and drilling in this region. . . and are confident we will be a proper extension of their business by providing excellent hospitality services that will enable them to attract the best employees and contractors."
Carrasquillo also feels it's very important for people to know that InstaLodge is not just a "great escape" for oil field workers to come back to every night and enjoy a comfortable night's sleep and a safe environment where they can recharge, but it is also a great place for any person or groups visiting this part of the country.
"One simple phone call or email will connect you to a very professional team member that will immediately respond to any and all inquiries," stated Carrasquillo.
