Ryan Restaurant Corporation, Braxton Development and Granite Peak Development are proud to announce the signing of a ground lease that will bring the award winning Famous Dave’s BBQ restaurant to Williston, ND in the summer of 2013.
This will be the third Famous Dave’s in North Dakota (Fargo, Bismarck) but the first in the state for the franchise group Ryan Restaurant Corporation. Owned by brothers Casey & Pat Ryan and based out of Billings, Montana they currently operate seven Famous Dave’s Restaurants in Montana, Idaho and South Dakota as well as seven Applebee’s Restaurants in Montana.
“Western North Dakota has been a market we’ve targeted for the last couple years and we’re happy to have finally found a great location,” says Casey Ryan. The restaurant will be located in the Dakota Crossing Development at the corner of 14th St. W and US Highway 2 next to the newly completed Hampton Inn & Suites. “We’re excited for the opportunities that Williston and the Bakken area offer. Famous Dave’s is a natural fit for this region,” says Pat Ryan.
