Funeral services for Richard H. Engstrom were at 2 p.m. Monday, August, 13, 2012 at the Bible Baptist Church with Pastor Michael Backus officiating. Interment with Military Honors provided by the VFW post #4099 of Sidney and the Montana Honor Guard was held in the Sidney Cemetery, Sidney, MT under the direction of Fulkerson Funeral Home of Sidney. On August 7, 2012, at the age of 92 and after a valiant 22-year battle with prostate cancer, Richard left the loving arms of his family and was welcomed into the loving arms of his Lord.
