Henwood New Project Assistant at RED

Amber Henwood was hired as the Project Assistant for Richland Economic Development on August 13, 2012. Amber was born and raised in Miles City, Montana. She graduated with a secondary education degree. Amber’s work experiences led her to Western Montana where she worked for Greenway Enterprises, a government contract agency, as well as the Montana After School Network, a state-wide network for after school programs.

Amber moved to the Sidney area in January 2011, mainly to complete her degree. Since she’s from Miles City, and now residing in Eastern Montana again, she states that she feels it’s like coming home.

Amber is excited to be working in the Richland Economic Development office, and very interested in being involved in the growth of the area.

Please feel free to call or stop by to meet Amber and welcome her.

In addition, it is with deep regret to inform our membership that Michelle Kelly, our former Project Assistant, resigned her position with our office. Michelle and her husband, Jim, opened a new business venture called “Sidney Shuttle”. Michelle’s main focus now is the new business. Michelle has been an awesome employee, and we truly appreciate her talents. She will be greatly missed. We fully support her and Jim, and we wish them the best.
