Everyone needs a little help now and then. Badlands Services, Inc. can provide that help. Nick and Nessa Norberg of Savage started their business in May of this year, offering everything from replacing a screen door to building a shed or garage. They’re happy to do all the little handyman and carpentry jobs that people want done. They will build decks and safety ramps, and do all kinds of fencing, including chain link, vinyl and wood. They will also do farm and ranch fencing, removing the old fence and replacing it with barbed wire, rails, or whatever the customer wants.
Badlands also offers landscaping and lawn care. They will care for your yard on a one time basis, or as a year long account providing fall and spring cleanup, annual fertilizing and weed control, lawn mowing and snow removal.
They’re also open to new ideas and will help out with anything within their capabilities.
Nick graduated from Sidney High School in 1998. He says he left to find his wife and then moved back home. Nessa, who is from St. Paul, MN, is delighted to be here. The couple lives with their two sons, Blaze and Gauge in the country near Savage. After living “all over the country”, Nessa says Montana is her absolute favorite. She loves the freedom, the wide open spaces and the peacefulness of living in the country, and shares the space with a horse, goats and dogs.
Nick is happy to be providing services for people who need them. “It’s always a good feeling, helping the community, making life easier and better,” he said. He also feels a sense of accomplishment. “I like to be able to look back and know that people appreciate the work I’ve done.”
