“The Sharing Clothesline” event is scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 8 from 10 a.m.-7:30 p.m. at the Watford City Civic Center.
The Sharing Clothes Line is a non-profit event involving a community of caring moms who would like to share their children’s gently used clothing and household goods to help those in need within Watford City and the surrounding areas. All items will be offered FREE OF CHARGE. Clothing will range in sizes infants to teens.
Household items will vary. Any monetary donations will be given to the community Food Pantry. Hope you can donate or attend. Please contact Angela Smith at oldskoglund74@ yahoo.com or Jeanne Homiston at homistos@ hotmail.com with any comments or questions.
A list of items needed:
***High Priority: winter coats, scarves, hats, mittens, snow pants, snow boots, blankets, sheets, slippers, long underwear, warm pajamas!
*All sizes of children’s clothing ages infants to teens. Please have clothing laundered with no stains or holes in fabric.
*Shoes all sizes. Please have shoes cleaned and in good condition.
NO used undergarments!
*Toys clean and gently used.
*Books, gently used.
*Baby Items in good condition.
*Kitchen and dining Items in good condition.
*Misc. Home Goods
All items that do not find homes will be donated to the local second hand store.
