The Richland County Weed and Conservation Districts Annual Supper will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 29, at 6 p.m. at the Richland County Event Center.
We are excited to hold our annual event at the new event center. Leroy Strasheim has agreed to cater the event. Attendees can have their choice of prime rib or shrimp at the low cost of $12. The Weed District and Conservation District will pick up the remainder of the cost of the meal.
The Co-operator and Weed Fighter of the Year awards will be given out as well as annual reports from the two agencies.
The Lambert Envirothon team will give a report on the Envirothon and we will have a speaker on biological control of noxious weeds.
Everyone is welcome to attend, but please let us know by Wednesday, Nov. 23 if you plan to come and what your meal choice is: prime rib or shrimp. Attendees can RSVP to the Weed District at 406-433-9047 or the Conservation District at 406-433-2103x101.
