The Boys and Girls Club of Richland County, Richland County Family Resource Center and the Sidney High School Key Club and BPA groups will begin selling raffle tickets in conjunction with the 9th Annual Parade of Trees Auction. There will be two winners chosen from the raffle with each receiving one very large basket full of home-made baked goods such as a variety of breads, jams, cookies and bars that are all prepared fresh the day before the drawing. All items will be carefully placed in Christmas tins ready for eating or freezing just in time for your holiday baking needs. The tickets are $1 each and winners will be drawn at the Village Square Mall on Friday, Nov. 25 following the Parade of Trees Auction which begins at 6 p.m.
All funds will be used to support programming for these very important community organizations. Raffle tickets will be sold throughout the month of November at Pamida, Reese and Ray’s IGA and Reynolds Market or you may contact Nicole Hackley at 433-4097 or Sarah Sifers at 433-6763 to also purchase tickets.
The Boys and Girls Club wants to thank the community and businesses for their gracious support and participation in these fundraisers for the past nine years.
