Businesses participating in the first Bakken Oil Product and Service Show turned out last Friday, Oct 14, at the Raymond Family Community Center, Williston. With more than estimated, 170 vendors came to the show, and another 60 were on a waiting list. The show featured oil and gas related companies operating in the Williston Basin.
The Bakken Oil Product and Service Show was organized by Dawa Solutions Group President Jeff Zarling as a way for companies in the Bakken shale play to connect and network with more than 350 oil and gas related companies operating in the Williston area.
The show gave an opportunity for the almost 1,000 attending to learn of new technologies. They were able meet face-to-face with oil related businesses and the businesses to connect with prospects and clients. With the fast growing industry it was a way for oil and gas related companies to find resources for new services and suppliers.
The success of the show was so great that Dawa is already getting requests to showcase next year. According to Zarling they are planning to do it again next year.
